Join our next Live Workshop for Artists!
The Cohort is the highest tier of participation in our beloved program for artists BEING & BUSINESS: THE ARTIST COURSE + TOOLKIT ©. The Cohort is an international community of artists who meet monthly to review course lessons in greater depth. This assists with accountability and provides additional structure to the program.
Whether you’re curious to attend a Cohort meeting before enrolling, or just want to join one specific workshop… we’re happy to have you join our community!
Being an artist, dreamer, and/or creator in today’s world can feel like constantly swimming against strong currents. We are living in a time of collapse and multiple threats to existence (as AI threatens artist’s value, as the planet continues to warm, as society as a whole experiences more oppression). In a time where we consume a vast amount of information (usually before we even begin our days), it can also be very difficult to find (& maintain) clarity in a sea of endless options.
This is a purpose-centering and vision-clearing workshop for artists and creatives confronted by the rising chaos of the world today. This workshop’s format will include pre-, during-, and post-workshop journaling prompts, that will assist each individual to formulate their unique clear path forward. Participants will leave with strategies and techniques to check-in with themselves regularly to stay accountable to, aligned with, and in belief of the purpose identified in the workshop. This workshop will begin with a powerful purpose-centering meditation and will conclude with a group discussion.
This workshop is ideal for both emerging and mature artists, or any other kind of creative/maker/dreamer looking for clarity. For a pay what you can sliding scale, visit our eventbrite listing.

No one tells you how much grief arises to the surface when you start to follow your creative voice. Getting to know yourself through a new lens as a creator, while trying to navigate “the artworld” can feel daunting and lonely. It can also feel a bit confusing: artists are constantly trying to put themselves out there while simultaneously still becoming. All of this is a tricky balance that your non-creative friends won’t understand! Knowing how to repurpose rejection and receive constructive criticism is a key skill to build, and the earlier you build it, the more heartache you’ll safe yourself from!
This is a heart-centering and confidence-building workshop for artists and creatives confronted by the realities of rejection and public criticism. This workshop’s format will include pre-, during-, and post-workshop journaling prompts, that will assist each individual to shed internalized criticism. Participants will leave with strategies and techniques to reframe criticism and/or rejection into affirmative information for future planning. This workshop will begin with a powerful heart-centering meditation and will conclude with a group discussion.
This workshop is ideal for both emerging and mature artists, or any other kind of creative/maker/dreamer looking to boost their confidence and re-affirm their essence.
