Project scope:

• Delivered fall 2021
• Includes 37 original artworks by local artists
• 30 of which were custom commissions
• Custom framing on most artworks
• Common areas: lobby, elevator foyers, residential hallways (10 floors), leasing offices, meeting rooms & open sitting areas
• Also included helming an art gallery and managing an exhibition program within the building (curated exhibitions in this space for four years)
